Hello Ray, What I am trying to get across is that some people are worried that as you said, we will get to be labelled as making them live in 3rd world conditions.
So they push them to live too our standards.
But some appear to be happy living by a creek with no real worries. They are not trying to beat the Jones or the Smiths. In time, may take generations they will want to live like us as so many do now. If not so what.
But the media and people with an agenda don't show enough of aboriginals who do live in modern society quite successfull. They do some, who have achieve alot, but focus on what gives them a good story, or Government grant.
But the rest don't look after houses and vehicles that tax payers give them. So we should stop replacing them. Leave them as they are until they are ready, and to show us they will look after them.
I read some were that they are try to get them to lease houses as we do,to give them responsibilty.
Help the ones that wanted to get ,in our view a better living standards.
The ones that don't, leave them be. You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink.
