The fact is, if the board had any faith in their work, the success of Vitiligo or the groundbreaking Photocosmetcis, they would buy back millions of shares. It would strengthen the equity base, and future financing would be possible if the shares were sold back on the market for several times the current price. So either they know it's all hot air, or the money doesn't even exist.
