A past director dumped his 1.7 million shares. A big player bought them for a long agreed upon price and date, the share price was manipulated for many months during this charade. PW knew of past director's intentions and halted BB, which leaves question of when to hop back in. There's are no reporting obligations by any party, but PW knowing and buying back shares would be cause for investigation. EOS, problem solved. So when can they buy again?
