    Do you think 'the market' may have already priced in the dilution when the ann came out the the cap raising had been placed. That is it is a fait accompli, just pending the GM, because we don't have to go to the market, the $10m has already been raised.

    I don't think "the market' would price in the $10m, but not the new shares.
