Yeah it is a little suspicious and IF (not accusing them) it was Silver then it would be a real bad sign for the company if ASX or ASIC look into it.
I am sure they would of checked major changes in positions on that day especially after questions were sent by the ASX.
However we will see what the questions are as people have said they have spoken with the company and the ASX have the answers so it is up to them if they are satisfactory.
