Hmmmm interesting.
Organic takes l;onger to get certified as you must be organic for 1? year before you are certified. There is also a high cost if you get sickness etc in your herd. Once you slip into inorganic it takes a year to get it back (even if it was your idiot neighbour and his overspray)
