The BBC article's good, shame it didnt add that on their way to the exits, the RE prices have shrunk in the last year of this 10 year "RE holiday" period...

I see they quote Sydney & Brisbane only... well stay tuned, SA's forclosure rate is likely to double when the Dec11 qTR stats come out- thats my mail...
