Says revenue will go to Govt employees in legit and Houthi areas....Houthi have 21 says to vacate Hodeidah...some clashes going on right now East of the city ( expected I guess this early) and the govt forces continue their advances in the rest of the country with an apparent agreement to occur in Taiz. Comments in twitter say that the Houthi tone in negotiations has been different this time due to the fact they are losing ground ( albeit slowly) all over the county.... remains to be seen how real the peace progress is.

So I guess we will have a better picture by end of December .....need an update from PSA when some clarity for oil preparations/production at Ras Isa for a potential restart of production.... I remember Terry saying that it could be up to 6 months after the Marib pipeline is up an running that PSA would get it's oil going through ( that was a while back now so timing may have changed).
