So as Fike says above we still need government approvals if trucking is the only option - not forgetting that the pipeline to Ras Isa is essentially through Houthi lands. So RAS ISA is way off - likely more than a year or two.

And Rubs1973, if Management have said " the last minister asked for 2m" then the biggest test will be overcoming corruption within Hadi's government. I have tried to present this level of corruption in a way that states the dominance of two to three people with strongest of these being the Vice President and his links to the Moslem Brotherhood. Worth understanding.

In the real world, the UN can't enforce much without Blue Berets on the ground.

A token prisoner swap was publicized about a month ago. Since then, crickets. So very little changes imho.

There may be a possibility that the pipeline will never be used again.
