There is a sense that the legitimate Yemen government with VP Ali Mohsen and his ties to the Moslem Brotherhood are continuing the war (from hotels in Saudi Arabia) with the aim of securing oil wells - in Marib and Shabwah etc. That is, the war is prolonged with Huthi (in 4 years how much has been gained in North Yemen) and soon to be forgotten. Both Egypt and Saudi Arabia think of the Moslem Brotherhood as terrorists. I wouldn't suggest that UAE has pulled out but the running of this war is close to ridiclous
