The WSJ is pretty reliable but it does seem that if the UAE pull out then the Houthi will hold on.
Anyway, in the recent Proactive Investor interview TF said the he expects the approvals in the next 6 months. We are almost 3 months in and still no sign. The SP is at a 20 year low so it seems like the market is saying there is no chance. Good luck to holders. Will see in a few weeks with the quarterly if there is any progress or more of the same drivel.. continuing to work with gov, etc.
