I hope that you are right Uni for the sake of PSA holders and potential holders (me). The New York Times is a respected reporter and they do not seem positive about what is going on. Time will tell but having a share price at 20 year lows is not a positive sign.
PSA will issue their quarterly in the next few weeks and that will be 3 months in to the 6 months that TF said in the Proactive Investor interview he would have the approvals (keeping in mind 3 years of missed commitments).
