OMV is able to export in the South East of Yemen but not PSA , is that not more of an internal political decision , rather than an external issue controlled by the Saudis or Emirates ?
Also PSA needs to get Yemen govt assurances that PSA i able to use the past CAPEX that was spent on the plant PSA bought to be used as a depreciation expense to reduce taxes going forward , otherwise bottom line profits are reduced , that to is entirely a Yemen/PSA issue nothing to do with Saudi Arabia .
