According to CNBC, many listed companies are taking advantage of early economic recovery next year, to be one early birds by raising fresh capital to reduce debt (improving balance sheet, potentially better look of profit), BBG discount 29% and others like SUN, STO, BSL etc all discount by more than 15%.
