Theon, thanks for that. I really botched the conversion of BEPPA. I now see a couple of ways they could work this deal and make everyone win.
The hard part will be getting all parties (BBI, BEPPA, and SPARCs) to buy into it and agree.
If they wanted to force BEPPA and SPARCS in by doing a full conversion, they dilute BBI too much and I doubt they would get BBI consent. They could end up proposing a good deal for everyone and still end up going down in flames because no one can agree on terms.
