rail freight business bought by BNB from ARG with PE= 7.7. Main customers are commodity linked in WA so plenty of growth opportunity.
However, BBI will consider if it is a good deal to acquire from BNB - my main concern would be the fees generated by BNB in the process, otherwise it looks like a good deal, but the market does not seem to be impressed at this point.
