    regardless of all the talk about what the announcement means, one thing is for sure - this morning there have been over 96 million reasons for buyers to buy

    so clearly there are plenty prepared to hold as many here jump after not realising the multibagger they were hoping for

    the instos, it appears, have taken out the retail players left, right and centre
