From interim results under DBCT heading:

"Anticipated closing date for binding offers is second quarter of the 2009 Calendar year. A decision to proceed will depend on the prices and conditions of binding offers in the context of other asset sales processes."

End of 2nd quarter is 30 June. I also remember reading it elsewhere, but cannot remember exactly where at this time (not on this site by the way).
