anything is possible. However, I think if you looked at the secong part of the sentence, BBI would decide when and how much of DBCT to sell based on the progress of other sales. If no genuine offers are on the table for other assets and a good price is received for 100% of DBCT then it may sell sooner rather than later. Just speculating on my own behalf.
One point I have been wondering about however is when is 25% of Euroports reaching final close or have I missed it? From memory this was to have happened by now, as EU approval was some time ago.
