Don't forget that the 89 million revenue is from the existing BBI solutions financials, it doesn't include the axis-shield revenue or spd and other companies that BBI will take control of - all of which will have streamlined access to M&G in the new entity.
Although I doubt ado will be involved in any equity deal, their anticipated optimization if BBI products might be mentioned in the prospectus given that BBI will be able to hugely improve all of their tests near term off any ado collaboration.
I would love to see the full prospectus, ALERE will want to maximize the valuation at the outset to maximize the cash windfall it generates for debt pay down.
