The BEPPA announcement simply retracts the previous announcement of their intention to issue equivalent securities if there is a change of control event (which there currently is not).
The announcement then further states that they are unsure if they would be able to issue equivalent securities, so they are reserving their right choose their preferred conversion outcome at the time of any change of control event in future.
