bbi eps option for aet&d assets - update?

To past BBI EPS holders:

Does anyone know what the status is in relation to the sale of the AET&D assets? (held in favour of the BBI EPS holders prior to the recapitalisation).

I have divested all of my PIH shares over the last few months but like other pre-conversion BBI EPS holders I'm obviously still interested in any proceeds that may be forthcoming from the sale of the AET&D assets.
