    It will be interesting to see the treatment BEPPA holders receive compared to corporate debt holders given that BEPPAs hold their interest in BBI EPS Ltd whereas Corporate debt is remote from the assets.

    Corporate debt is only senior to the subordinated guarantee. Voting down a derisory offer appears feasible if BEPPAs are not favorably treated vs corporate debt.
