    There is a lot of talking about the value of BBI shares after the conversion of SPARCS and Beppa and the deal with CI.

    Its a waste of time to speculate about the possible value without seeing the terms of the deal. Moreover, the NAV is not the only thing that determine the SP in the market. BHP NTA is 8$ while the SP is 37$.
