Hi, it has been my view also that it would be easier for a new owner to take the whole lot off a liquidator/administrator than deal with BBI management.

Brookfield may just be the first in, best dressed guy trying to jump the queue.

BBI managements comment is they are trying to buy time by talking to them, sounds like using them instead.

I have looked for but not found the discussion exclusivity clause with the CSI, I have seen the 3 month first sale offer line, but not the former although it is often common practice.
