the really interesting thing is that Beppa can be converted on change of control when the RE is not part of the BNB group.
My understanding is that the Sparcs deed does not contain that clause. That is why I found the keeping of the RE interesting.
The only way I can see to get all holders on the same page is the change of control under a scheme of arrangement. What deal everbody gets will depend on how much the CI wants.
