Ok, GGA, Admittedly had to Google Mr. Kearns. I'm not worried about the credit, just the revenue. Confident the patents stack up and we should be good here. Can't think of a good analogy, but where Mr. Kearns was knocked back by Ford and Chrysler, ADO is being courted by the biotech equivalent.

We should all say a quiet thank you to Mr. Kearns, though, as in his words his fight against the major car manufacturers wasn't about the use of intermittent wipers, it was about protecting the integrity of the patent system(s). His persistence and subsequent favourable judgments set precedent against big coy's knocking back an invention and re-engineering it internally. I'm not saying it still doesn't happen, but it sure makes it less palatable.
