bbi management fees and bbipl liquidation

The ActionBBSN group of BNBG and BNB010 holders is intending to attend a potential, future, BNB creditors meeting and to move to liquidate BNB's largest asset - BBIPL.

This will have the effect of liquidating all the entities setup to charge management fees to the BNB satellites.
