Hi there is no comparison between the 2 apart from banks riding roughshod over shareholders and others who thought they had security in their stocks. The litagators should welcome another this avenue to have a shot at the banks. In this case ( as I see it ) they are taking further security over the whole of the company at the cost to ordinary shareholders and note holders.
