    Just so I'm clear, you want to do what?? Liquidate BBIPL? For my benefit:

    (a) why would you want to do that?
    (b) on what basis would the motion be presented? Liquidation is often associated with insolvency but I don't think that is your conclusion...

    An interesting concept!
