Ths most positive thing about this anouncement is
a) The timeframe
b) The fact that they have the funds to persue this

Internalisation is nice but it is secondary to paying off corporate debt and bondholders. The fact that they can look at the management agreement so soon indicates to me that they have the other more pressing issues well in hand.
