I think this is positive - no surprise that they are looking to get rid of the millstone that is BNB mgmt, but it is likely to cost them a few dollars - so they must be expecting to have a the dollars available to pay it out.

The share price is waiting for the announcement of the asset sale which will provide the cash - perhaps that is not far away.
