I dont think that is 100% accurate, there is still uncertainty as to what BNBG Holders can do in relation to the guarantee provided by BBIPL in the case that BNB itself goes into administration if BNBG Holders do not agree to a restructure of the notes.

There is still a lot that needs to be clarified before we can be sure of the result in BNB, the notes are the big issue and it seems that even BNB themself are not sure how to handle it yet.
