Signing the agreement means nothing, it needs to get through both houses and they want agreements was your position back then. State agreements are subject to amendments from what I understand.

BTW the current WA govt is probing the previous Barnett govt dealings with big business, who knows they may look into everything to do with the previous govt relationships to smash their credibility and bolster their own. McGowan isn't part of the well to do end of town. A repeat of the WA Inc disaster has been mentioned only this time it's the Liberal party.
