The State Agreement was already signed by the then WA Premier, Colin Barnett. A new government of political difference will always trawl through the previous governments dealings to see what they can find but this agreement did not spend any government funds so they will be limited in what they can do to change it as a binding agreement other than try and have it rejected in either house as it gets proposed to be passed as a Bill.

FMS is cleaner now than it was when Woolley and Curtis were trying to get control of it but yes it still has troubled waters to pass through.
