    Did anyone see the short article in today's The Australian regarding BBI's dispute with the ATO on leasing expenses re DBCT.

    I only had a quick glance and hoped to find it online when I got back home, but I can't see mention in the online edition.

    It wasn't very good. I'm sure it said that the ATO had rejected BBI's appeal on the tax and I'm sure the figure was $145M. I would have though that if the article was correct, then there would be an announcement as it is material.
