If the sale goes ahead i think you are on the money wachito.
I do not like the way this sale is dragging out,when a buyer wants something, it is a good price and done and dusted pronto.
Regardless of this asset being a 'jewel in the crown' this has the hallmark of buyers prevaricating as long as possible to squeeze BBI,we have seen it before with other asset sales.
IMHO If there were multiple buyers salivating at the prospect of owning DBCT,the binding offers would already be done.
This strikes me as one buyer or group of buyers being feted and treated as gently as bean curd to come up with a deal that BBI can live with.I suspect that a final deal will not be what anyone expected.

I hope what i have just said is completely wrong,time will tell.
