    The trustee tells me that there is no separate guarantee, it is just the language in the BBSN documentation. I was surprised at that and not sure right now if thats good or bad or indifferent. It does mean that its pretty short and to the point, ie BBIPL guarantees the Noteholders principal and interest, period.
