2) We will get a letter from the Trustee advising us if we want to file an "Exit Notice"
I read somewhere that the trustee is deemed not to know unless he is contacted by a note holder or the company I havnt notified them has anyone else?I think this means he cannot act unless he recieves n otice that a trigger event or something has caused concern ?
