We are different in that the largest shareholder has only 10%. The market should react if they were to increase their share.
Curtis had 30% of RTA to begin with so basically let Todd in the front door via the funding deal that was organised.
We have options other than Todd, Todd might think otherwise but I hope we don't have to borrow money from them via convertible notes or otherwise they could pick up 25 to 30% of FMS if new shares need to issued. Todd don't need shareholders for a company with market cap of $15 million.
