if they are buying these on market, it is a def positive imo...they have the cash to pay back the debt that is owed, and at a discount!!! great stuff

once dbct is sold for a good price (remember, ships are still waiting off the coast even though capacity is 85mtpa, the debt will be more manageable...then attack sparcs
