If the democrats win both the presidency and the senate, then it’s lights out for the USA. I’d triple up my BBOZ holdings because there would be a pretty serious stock market selloff on the ASX (following the DOW). There is nothing bullish about a Biden presidency increasing taxes, introducing lockdowns, destroying the USA economy in the name of ‘green’ initiates etc.
Capital would flee the DOW Jones for alternative markets.
in regards to the mid-terms, I agree, that’s a huge moment and I think it’ll be a bloody wild time for the USA! I think a landslide Republican win at that moment (assuming the democrats win the 2020 election).
