Would I be correct to assume that since the volume is very low...

Would I be correct to assume that since the volume is very low at the moment that those on the inside know that there is neither good or bad news comming in the short term otherwise they would either be accumulating or dumping their stock? I take it since volume is low they are just waiting?

I'm watching this stock and waiting for a point to get in, provided the price is right and the company sorts out their issues.
