If this is the only news it is negative. However they also made reference to revision of outlook. This to me has the potential of being negative as well.

I have sold two thirds of my holding ( at loss) over the past week having held for months. I have been selling because we have seen the stock rise several times only to sink back to the 3 cent level. We all recognise that this stock is not worth 10 cents, it is either significantly more or zero. i hold the remaining third in the hope it is worth significantly more and therefore a chance to break even, and sold two thirds in case it is in fact worthless.

A friend of mine recently described BBP as a lottery and I agree.

I sincerely hope that there is some positive news in conjunction with a debt extension if not we may be headed lower - again.
