My impression is that Zsadony is a new set of proceedings. Normal expectations seem to be of limited use in this insolvency: I expected that a permanent stay in the Pain proceedings would preclude an appeal, but the Dec 2024 update from Deloitte confirmed otherwise:

"Whilst the Judgement has now been delivered by the Honourable Justice Halley, Bookarelli will most likely seek to appeal the decision as they have all decisions by the Courts including all the way to the High Court. And I can now report that they have taken this step. As a result of the appeal this will have the effect of continuing to protract the finalisation of the liquidation."
