At Completion, 64.9% of the Shares on issue will be subject to voluntary escrow arrangements. In the opinion of the
Company, the free float of Shares at the time of Listing on the Official List will be no less than 20% of the Shares on issue
at that time. See Section 7.12 and Section 9.7 for more information.
So, 64.9% of total shares are escrow for 24 months
