Just think of the banks with all those low I.R 30yr loans taken out during the last decade ..property owners locking in 2-3% rates while banks loan @ 5.5% !! Commercial property
IMHO at present at 'Complacency" ... "next rally going be good ... look at the VIX no way we are heading down ... who cares US interest payments will soon be higher than Defence ...the CHINA slowdown ...
