    yes with AI taking jobs lowering costs for businesses.. sounds good in theory.. just like CBDC /blockchain would revolutionise monetary operations.. but one does have to wonder about the millions of extra unemployed.. no need for anywhere the numbers of bankers lawyers office workers ... offices commercial property?
