You mean a continuation of the low interest environment since 2009, created by the Fed.
You can blame Putin for 2022 if you want, the facts are the Fed started raising interest rates in 2022, which was too late, after creating inflation and gaslighting it was transitory.
The market believes rate cuts soon, which could prove costly if inflation rears its head again. The stock market climbing to all time highs is only helping create this.
IMO the only time the Fed can reduce rates is if something breaks, but hey they love to pump the markets.
