it is Just gave them a call, its the range we have to keep an eye today its around the mid point of 240% but can fluctuate between 200% - $275% if it goes out side of those ranges it gets pegged back in the mid range and is reset everyday...
the guy on the phone said its best for day traders or holding over night if you think the market will go up or down a few % points. worse case scenario for traders I asked, if the market was down 10% in 3 months time will it be 20% up, he hummed an harred...
Didnt give me much faith...
But I am still going Short on the US moving forward.
